<p><br />这个用了酱烤排骨的方子。一上桌，我老公就不肯吃，说鸭子这样做不好吃，让我和女儿一人一个，后来我说要不这样吧，先把一个鸭腿切下来，你吃一块，好吃再吃，后来的结果就是另一个也切下来好了：）</p>
<p>原料　<br />鸭腿1斤、姜1块、大葱2节、大蒜5瓣、生抽1汤匙（15ml）、老抽1汤匙（15ml）、盐1茶匙（5克）、糖1茶匙（5克）、蜂蜜1汤匙（15ml）、黑胡椒碎少许 <br />做法<br />1，鸭腿洗净锅中倒入水，放入鸭腿，水煮开后用勺子撇去浮末，再加入葱姜，小火30分钟<br />2，将大蒜压成泥放入碗中，<br />3，再放入鸭腿，再调入盐，老抽，生抽，糖，黑胡椒，蜂蜜，搅拌均匀让每块鸭腿都包上酱汁。放进冰箱内冷藏2个小时<br />4，鸭腿放入烤网上，<br />烤箱200度，放在中层，烤10分钟<br /><img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://1833.img.pp.sohu.com.cn/images/2008/8/28/17/26/11caf2d986fg214.jpg" border="0" /></p>]]></description>

<p><br />今天这个蛋糕应该是烤箱出来以后，放3个小时冷藏取出才会形成一层焦糖，一层布丁，一层蛋糕，但是我的女儿在我的身边炒的要死，没办法给她吃去了，一个也没冻好，就全部消灭了。下次再做就补个图片吧<br />原料<br />焦糖：白糖３５克，开水100克，明胶粉2克（可以用几颗qq糖）<br />布丁：牛奶１２５克，白糖４５克，水５０克，鸡蛋１２５克<br />蛋糕：牛奶２５克，黄油２０克，低粉２４克，蛋白７０克，蛋黄３５克，白糖３５克<br />做法<br />１，白糖先下锅炒至焦黄<br />２，倒入开水成为焦糖，加入溶化的明胶粉搅拌好<br />３，然后将焦糖倒入模具中（这一步我忘记拍了，用了布丁的图片）放冰箱冷藏２个小时凝固<br />４，然后将白糖加水加热至溶化，再加入牛奶，蛋黄搅拌好，过滤两次，然后倒入模具中的焦糖上<br />５，最后，黄油加牛奶加热至65度，加入低粉，蛋黄。蛋白打至硬性发泡，再将二者搅拌好，轻轻倒入模具中的布丁液上<br />６，１６０度隔水中层４０分钟</p>

<p><br />这个面包创意来自yoyo<br />我老公要吃面包，我想吃馒头，得，就做这个吧。<br />原料<br />高粉300g,盐5g,水170g,酵母粉5g揉成光滑面团，放冰箱冷藏过24小时。另取高粉200g,水110g,黄油20g,糖30g,酵母粉5g搅拌成团发酵至两倍大。如果不想做这么多的，全部要减量啊。<br />做法<br />１，揉成小面团２５克一个<br />２，发酵至两倍大，用小刀中间弄一口子，洒面粉<br />３，烤箱170度第二层15分钟，烤盘下面另放一盛水的烤盘。我把温度搞错了，出来全部都黄了。。：（</p>

<p><br />上次做过一款焦糖布丁之后，就爱上了它。觉得非常的好吃啊。这个方子来自孟老师<br />原料<br />焦糖：白糖３０克，蜜豆８０克<br />面包体：高筋面２５０克，白糖３０克，盐２克，蛋黄５０克，酵母３克，水１１０克，黄油２０克<br />做法<br />１，白糖３０克用小火煮至焦糖色关火，加入蜜豆<br />２，放在模具中<br />３，面包体搅拌３０分钟后，发酵至两倍大取出滚圆<br />４，中间弄一小洞<br />５，放在模具中<br />６，发酵３０分钟抹蛋液<br />烤箱１85度倒数第二层２8分钟</p>

<p><br />方子来自瑶妈。我改成２０小时了，因为１７小时的时候没时间。</p>
<p>中種:</p>
<p>高筋粉&nbsp; 210克水120克酵母2克盐 3克奶粉&nbsp;&nbsp; 6克</p>
<p>在一天前先將酵母溶于水,再加入高筋粉、盐、奶粉搓至柔滑, 放冰箱20小時</p>
<p>麵團:</p>
<p>高筋粉&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 90克水&nbsp; 90克盐&nbsp; 3克酵母 1克砂糖&nbsp; 30克，黄油 21克</p>
<p>將面团所有材料混合 (除了牛油) 搓至有柔滑，加黄油再搓至可伸延薄膜，中途將中种一边弄碎一边加入。</p>
<p>用保鮮紙包看发二十分钟，分割，滾圓，靜置二十分钟。做形，最后发酵約45分钟，入炉烤約35-40分钟至金黄。<br />做法<br />１，中种面包机搅拌２０分钟后放冰箱２０小时的面团<br />２，加入面团材料搅拌３０分钟<br />３，取出擀长，放蜜红豆<br />４，卷起<br />５，放土司模<br />６，发酵后刷蛋液</p>
